For those that want the best in life… for those that want the experience of staying overnight in an art-bedecked palace surrounded by verdant greenery. – Our tour guides speak in Kannada and Hindi. If you need an English speaking guide, you can get one by paying an additional Rs. 2,000 per group. – Omtara Kuteera has steps that are very easy to navigate, with risers being about 4 inches high. If you cannot climb steps, then we can provide Palanquin (Doli) service to carry you up ad down the steps, for Rs. 750 per person that requires palanquin help. |
| Cancellations and Rescheduling for all Heritage Stay packages | No refunds for cancellations or rescheduling. You may reschedule your overnight stay ONCE (based on availability) as follows: – 100% of your payment will be applied towards rescheduling if you notify us at least 14 days before the arrival time on your scheduled visit date – 50% of your payment will be applied towards rescheduling if you notify us at least 7 days before the arrival time on your scheduled visit date, and the remaining 50% will be forfeited – No refunds or reschedules can happen if you notify us within 7 days of your schedule visit date |
