Booking Procedure for Discount Days
To ensure availability, we advise that you book AND pay in advance. Payment guidelines are given below:
- Decide on your Discount Date and tour time
- Use the discounted rate to calculate the total amount for your group. Verify total to ensure accuracy
- Pay the total amount by Google Pay or PayTM to +91 98450 06810
- Send payment transaction details, including screenshot of payment by WhatsApp to +91 97411 55621 and by email to “contact @ Omthara.com“. Along with your payment details, please clearly specify (a) Visit Date and Day (b) Tour Time (c) Visit Package (c) number of Visitors
- Call +91 97411 55621 to confirm receipt of payment transaction information and your booking
Booking Cancelation
Discount tickets once purchased, cannot be canceled by you for a refund. However, if you have canceled it at least 48 hours or more in advance, you can reuse the funds towards the same program on another discount day. Cancelations done within 48 hours of your original booking date/time are neither eligible for refund nor for reuse on another day.
Omthara Kala Kuteera may at any time cancel any program for any reason. If it does so, it will give you the option for a full refund or for reapplying the funds towards booking for any program on any other day.
