  1. From Bangalore city take NH 48 or NH 75  towards Peenya and Nelamangala.
  2. Near Nelamangala take the exit to National Highway 75 towards Hassan/Mangalore.
  3. After the first toll on the Hassan Highway look for New Green Palace Family Dhaba on the left.
  4. Take the service road at the Dhaba.
  5. Turn LEFT at Mahadevapura Village, onto Motaganahalli Rastae (Road). ( Large Ankit Vista Resort sign)
  6. Drive about 3.5 km on this road towards Motaganahalli.
  7. Turn LEFT just after Basavenahalli village,  at the Omthara sign.
  8. Drive 1 km on this road.
  9. Enter Omthara Kala Kuteera compound on the left.
